Delivery and returns

Delivery Times.

Delivery times will be between 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days.

Bits will make the delivery for you within the Mexican territory. Delivery can only be made to a home or office address for the zip codes available in the parcel service. Deliveries will be made on business days, except holidays.

Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not considered as strict deadlines as they depend on an external parcel service.

Shipping rules and restrictions.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Mexican national holidays.
All deliveries will be accompanied with an acknowledgement of receipt.
We do not reimburse express shipping costs in the case of refunded items.

Refund Policy.


Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require your order number, which you will receive once you have made your purchase.

Refund (where applicable)

Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, which depends on the credit card or Paypal payment processing company.

Exchange for defective (where applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reply to the same email where you received the purchase notifying the defect received and attach photographs showing and evidencing the problem with the product.

If you are returning a product for reasons other than a defect in the product or an error in the product shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending a product back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your refund.
